You'll see a friendly warning as you approach your limit. Once reached, you can view existing items but won't be able to create new ones until the next billing cycle, or upgrade. No data is locked or deleted.

Yes. You can switch any time from your billing settings. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Annual billing saves you up to 58% compared to monthly.

How does per-user pricing work for Scale?

On Scale, the base price includes the first 10 users ($49.5/user/month billed annually). Additional users beyond 10 are billed at $20/user/month (annual) or $48.5/user/month in the first month, $63/user/month upon renewal (monthly). There is no cap: add as many users as you need.

Yes. Grow is available at $29.5/user/month for year one (vs $38.5 at renewal). Scale at $49.5/user/month for year one (vs $64.5 at renewal). This discount applies when signing up directly or through a partner.

Is there a referral programme?

Yes. Paid Grow and Scale subscribers can refer other companies from their account settings, and the company you refer gets a free month too. A referral that subscribes to an annual plan earns you 2 free months, while monthly-plan referrals earn 1 free month for every 3 companies that subscribe, capped at 6 free months per year.

How do AI credits work?

Every plan includes a one-time AI credit grant: Explore gets 50, Grow gets 300, and Scale gets 750. These credits are included once when you activate your plan and do not reset on renewal. Once consumed, purchase top-up packs (from $25 for 100 credits). Each AI feature deducts a specific number of credits per use — see the up-to-date cost per feature in your in-app AI Credits cost grid under Settings → Billing. Automatic category classification is free (rate-limited). Purchased credits roll over and never expire.

What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?

Cancelling or downgrading is not the same as deleting your account, and nothing is deleted in either case. When a paid plan ends or you move down a tier, your account simply returns to the free Explore plan and you keep using Vexors normally — you retain full access to view your existing requests, bids, awards, and messages. Only new activity follows the Explore plan's monthly limits going forward, and if your team is larger than the free plan allows, the extra members are deactivated rather than deleted.
