Plans and what they unlock
Compare Explore, Grow, and Scale to find the plan that fits how your team sources or bids. Every plan includes AI credits, and you can upgrade or downgrade any time.
What you'll learn
- Understand what each plan unlocks and where the limits sit
- Pick the right plan for your team's current volume
- Know that AI features are available on every plan
Most teams outgrow a plan not because of price, but because they hit a limit they did not know was there. A request quota that stops a buyer mid-month, a bid cap that blocks a supplier during a peak tender, or an approval workflow that only exists on Scale when your finance team needs it now. Knowing what each plan unlocks before you commit saves that friction.
Why this matters
VEXORS plans are not just pricing tiers. They are capability tiers. The plan you are on determines how many requests, bids, catalog items, and team members you can have active, and which workflow features are available to you. Choosing the right one from the start means you never discover a missing feature in the middle of a live sourcing cycle.
The three plans at a glance
| Plan | Best for | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Explore | Companies trying VEXORS or running a low volume of sourcing activity | A monthly allowance of requests, bids, catalog items, and team members. Full access to AI features through your credit balance. The free starting point. |
| Grow | Active teams running regular sourcing cycles or responding to multiple tenders per month | Higher monthly limits on requests, bids, catalog items, and seats. Full Trust Score and badges. Catalog publishing so buyers can find you. Reporting and analytics. Custom member permissions. |
| Scale | Larger operations or teams that need process controls, no hard limits, and priority support | Everything in Grow with no monthly caps. Approval workflows for requests. Questionnaires on requests. Custom request templates. Catalog bulk import. Priority support. |
Choosing your plan
Start with the question your team hits most often: volume or workflow?
Volume question. If you regularly publish requests, submit bids, or maintain a large catalog, look at the monthly limits shown in Settings > Billing under Usage Limits. If you are reaching the cap most months, Grow gives you more headroom. If you are hitting Grow's limits, Scale removes them.
Workflow question. If your procurement process requires a manager to sign off before a request goes live, you need approval workflows, which are a Scale feature. If you need to evaluate suppliers on qualitative criteria alongside price, questionnaires are also Scale. If those are not blockers today, Grow covers everything else.
Common upgrade trigger
A supplier on Explore wins their first few contracts through VEXORS and starts receiving more bid invitations. They upgrade to Grow to publish their catalog so buyers can discover them directly, and to access reporting that shows which bid categories are converting.
AI features on every plan
AI is never a plan gate
Every plan can use AI features and every plan can buy AI credit top-ups. The only requirement is an available credit balance. You do not need to upgrade to access AI Scoring, the Bid Quality Coach, AI Draft, or any other AI feature.
Your plan includes a one-time AI credit grant when you activate it. The exact amount is shown on the plan card in Settings > Billing, and you can top up from the same page whenever you run low.
Seats
Your plan sets how many team members your company can have active at once. Each plan has a built-in seat count. On Grow and Scale you can purchase additional seats if you need more people than the base seat count covers. See Team members and roles for how inviting and seat limits work.
