Complete your company profile
Your profile is what buyers and suppliers see before they decide to work with you. A complete one lifts your Trust Score and unlocks more of the platform.
What you'll learn
- Know which profile fields matter most and where to find them
- Set your categories so VEXORS can match you accurately
- Start the Verification process to lift your Trust Score
Before you create your first request or submit your first bid, take ten minutes to finish your company profile. It is the first thing the other side checks when they are deciding whether to engage with you, and a sparse profile often means a missed opportunity.
Everything on this page lives under Settings then Company Profile, organised into tabs: Company Details, Legal & Compliance, Business Categories, Supply Reach (suppliers only), and Documents & Certifications.
Why this matters
A complete profile does two things: it tells counterparts who you are, and it signals to VEXORS how to match you. Buyers looking for a supplier in your category will only find you if your categories are set correctly. Suppliers evaluating a buyer will look at your profile to decide whether the opportunity is worth bidding on.
Company Details: your public identity
Add the essentials
Your company name and country were set during sign-up and appear here. Add the rest:
- Description: a short paragraph about what your company does. Write it for the counterpart reading your profile, not for internal use.
- Logo: upload your company logo. It appears on your profile, on every request you publish, and on bids you submit. PNG or JPG, square or near-square works best.
- Website: helps counterparts verify who you are independently.
- Number of employees and annual turnover: optional, but they give context to companies evaluating you.
Set your categories
Open the Business Categories tab. Categories are how VEXORS routes you to the right requests and suppliers.
- Buyers set what they source. A buyer in "Electrical components" gets matched to suppliers offering exactly that.
- Suppliers set what they offer. Every category you add is a channel through which buyers can discover you.
Add as many categories as genuinely apply to your company. Adding categories that do not fit your business dilutes your match quality and makes your profile look unfocused to the other side.
Get Verified
Verification is the fastest way to lift your Trust Score above its early ceiling. Open the Legal & Compliance tab and add your trade licence and tax registration details. Saving them puts your company forward for verification.
A few things to know:
- Verification stays valid for two years. Keep it current to hold the boost.
- While verification is pending, your profile shows a "Verification in progress" indicator.
- Once approved, a verified badge appears on your profile.
Submit for verification early. The review typically completes within a few business days, and the Trust Score boost applies immediately on approval.
What a complete profile looks like to the other side
A buyer browsing your profile sees your company name, description, logo, categories, Trust Score, verified badge (if applicable), and your track record, completed contracts and ratings from companies you have worked with. They do not see your email address.
