What is VEXORS?
VEXORS is a B2B procurement trust network where buyers run structured requests and suppliers compete to win them, with a Trust Score on every company so both sides know who they are dealing with.
What you'll learn
- Understand what VEXORS is and the problem it solves
- Know what each role (buyer, supplier, both) lets you do
- Understand how Trust Scores create a safer network for everyone
Most B2B sourcing still happens over email. A buyer writes what they need, attaches a spreadsheet, and sends it to a handful of contacts. Replies come back in different formats, on different timelines, with no shared record. Comparing them means rebuilding everything by hand. And through all of it, there is no easy way to tell a reliable counterpart from a risky one.
VEXORS replaces that loop with one shared workspace. Buyers publish a structured Request. Suppliers respond with a Bid. Every company carries a Trust Score that both sides can see before they commit to anything.
Why this matters
Trust is the thing email cannot provide. You can send a message to anyone, but you cannot see their track record or know whether they have delivered on commitments before. VEXORS builds that record publicly, for every company, so sourcing decisions can be based on evidence rather than gut feel.
What you can do as a buyer
Your job on VEXORS is to find the right supplier for every need and build a record of those relationships.
- Create a Request as an RFQ, RFP, or RFI with line items and optional evaluation questions
- Open the request to the whole network or invite specific suppliers
- Score every bid with AI Scoring, ranked against the criteria you set, including your questionnaire and custom criteria, with the reasoning for each
- Award the contract and leave a rating when the work is done
What you can do as a supplier
Your job on VEXORS is to find the requests that match what you offer and build a reputation for delivering.
- Browse Opportunities that match your categories and submit Bids
- Build a Catalog so buyers can discover your products and services directly
- Track every bid and won contract in one place
- Grow your Trust Score with every completed engagement
One account, both roles
When you sign up you choose your starting role: Buyer, Supplier, or Both. If you choose Both, you can switch between the buyer and supplier views at any time using the toggle at the top of the app. There is no need for separate accounts.
When a buyer publishes an open request in your category, it appears at the top of your Opportunities feed. You see the buyer's company name, the deadline, and the full brief. You never see their internal email or estimated budget.
