A guided tour of VEXORS
The left menu adapts to your role. Here is every section for buyers and suppliers, plus how to switch roles, access Settings, and reach Support.
What you'll learn
- Find every section of the buyer and supplier menus
- Know how to switch between your buyer and supplier views
- Know where Settings and Support live
The left-hand menu is the spine of VEXORS. It adapts to your active role, so a buyer and a supplier looking at the same app see different navigation. This tour walks you through both, so you know where everything lives from day one.
The buyer menu
Dashboard
Dashboard shows your headline numbers at a glance: active requests, bids received, awards made, and recent activity. It is the right place to check what needs your attention today.
Requests
Requests is where every sourcing cycle starts. From here you create new Requests (as an RFQ, RFP, or RFI), manage drafts, monitor live requests, and review templates you have saved for reuse. Every request you have ever created lives here.
Suppliers
Suppliers groups three related areas:
- Discover: search and browse every supplier on the network. Filter by category, country, Trust Score, or verified status. This is how you find new suppliers for a request or vet one you have heard of.
- Connect: manage your connections with suppliers you have onboarded or sent onboarding forms to. Your registered vendor list lives here.
- Service Offers: suppliers can send you direct service offers outside of a formal request. Incoming offers appear here.
Reports
Reports gives you analytics on your sourcing activity: request volume, spend breakdowns, supplier performance, and cycle times. Grow users see a taster view. Scale users get the full six-tab analytics suite.
The supplier menu
Opportunities
Opportunities is your feed of live requests that match your categories. Open requests appear here as soon as a buyer publishes them. Private requests appear only if you have been invited. This is the first place to check when you are looking for work to bid on.
My Bids
My Bids lists every bid you have submitted, grouped by status: active bids currently in evaluation, bids that won, and bids that were not selected. Use it to track where each submission stands and to review feedback after a decision.
Customers
Customers shows the buyers you have won contracts with, your active engagements, and the full history of won work. It is where your track record lives from the supplier side.
Catalog
Catalog is your public-facing product and service listing. Buyers browsing in Discover can see your catalog items and reach out directly, even without a request in progress. Keeping your catalog current is one of the most effective ways to attract inbound interest.
Switching between buyer and supplier
If you signed up as Both, a role toggle appears at the top of the app. Select Buyer or Supplier to switch views. The menu and dashboard update immediately to match your active role. Your data for both roles is always preserved.
Settings and Support
Settings is where everything about your account and company lives: your company profile, team members, billing and subscription, connected currencies, and notification preferences.
Support is inside Settings. From there you can email the team (available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm GST), browse these guides, and file a business complaint if something goes wrong with a deal.
