Why can I only create a few requests or bids each month?

VEXORS plans include a monthly allowance for requests (buyers) and bids (suppliers). The limits by plan are:

PlanRequests per month (buyers)Bids per month (suppliers)
Explore (free)33
Grow1515
ScaleUnlimitedUnlimited
Limits reset at the start of each calendar month. If you hit yours, an upgrade prompt appears.

When you reach your monthly limit, VEXORS shows an upgrade prompt. You can upgrade your plan from Settings then Billing. The Explore plan is free and does not require a credit card.

Why do I see a company name but not an email for the other side?

VEXORS never shows a counterpart's email address to the other side. This applies everywhere on the platform: buyers cannot see supplier email addresses, and suppliers cannot see buyer email addresses.

You always see the company name, linked to their public profile, so you have full visibility into who you are dealing with. If you need to discuss something directly, use the in-platform messaging or the clarification questions feature on a request. All communication stays on the platform, creating a complete, auditable record of your interactions.

What do the different statuses mean?

Requests and bids each move through a clear set of statuses as they progress.

Request statuses:

  • Draft, the request exists but has not been published. Only your team can see it.
  • Pending Approval, the request has been submitted for internal approval and is waiting for an approver on your team to sign off before it is published. This appears only when your team uses approval workflows.
  • Published, the request is live and accepting bids from suppliers.
  • Closed, the submission deadline has passed, so the request no longer accepts new bids.
  • Evaluating, you have moved the closed request into review and are evaluating the bids you received.
  • Awarded, you have selected a winner. The winning supplier has been notified.
  • Cancelled, the request was withdrawn before an award.

Bid statuses:

  • Draft, the bid has been started but not submitted.
  • Submitted, the bid has been sent to the buyer and is under evaluation.
  • Under Review, the buyer's team is actively evaluating it.
  • Awarded, this bid won the contract.
  • Not Selected, the buyer awarded the contract to another supplier.
  • Withdrawn, the supplier withdrew the bid before the deadline.

What is the difference between Explore, Grow, and Scale?

All three plans give you both the buyer and supplier roles in one account. The main differences are the monthly limits and which features are available:

  • Explore is free with no credit card required. It includes up to 2 users, 3 requests and 3 bids per month, and up to 3 catalog items. It is designed for companies evaluating the platform before committing.
  • Grow is the primary paid plan. It raises limits to 15 requests and 15 bids per month, up to 10 users, and 20 catalog items. It unlocks full Trust Score visibility and expanded sourcing tools.
  • Scale removes monthly limits on requests, bids, and catalog items, supports unlimited users, adds custom approval workflows, Questionnaires for bid evaluation, and the full analytics suite.

You can see the full comparison and upgrade from Settings then Billing.

How do I get help?

The fastest route to the team is through the app. Open Settings, then Support, and select Email support. This opens an email to support@vexors.com. The team responds within one business day (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm GST).

If something has gone wrong in a deal with another company, you can also file a business complaint from the same Support page. Our team reviews every complaint, and only complaints that are upheld affect a company's Trust Score.
