Share your referral link, invite companies by email, and earn AI credits and subscription rewards when the companies you referred activate on VEXORS.

Every VEXORS account has a referral link. When another company joins through your link and activates, you earn rewards. On Explore you earn AI credits. On Grow and Scale the rewards extend to subscription benefits as well. You manage everything from Settings under Referrals.
Why this matters
Referral rewards are one of the fastest ways to grow your AI credit balance without spending money. If you regularly work with suppliers or buyers who are not yet on VEXORS, your referral link is a direct path to credits that fund the AI features you use every cycle.
Your referral link and code
Go to Settings > Referrals. Your personal referral link and referral code are shown at the top of the Share card. Copy the link and share it anywhere: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or your own communications.
Any company that registers through your link is attributed to you. The attribution is tracked by the link itself, so the recipient does not need to enter a code manually.
Inviting by email
Select Invite by Email on the Share card. A dialog opens where you enter the contact's email address. VEXORS generates a personalised message with your referral link already embedded. Copy the message and send it from your own email client, or adjust the text before sending.
The invite is logged against that email address, so if the contact later joins using your link, the attribution is confirmed and your reward is tracked correctly. If you invite the same address a second time, the system recognises it as a duplicate and shows you when the original invite was logged.
What you earn
On Explore: when a company you referred activates (joins and starts using VEXORS), you earn AI credits. The credits land in your balance automatically and are ready to use immediately.
On Grow and Scale: Grow the rewards programme extends further.
- Each time a referred company activates on a paid plan in the current calendar month, you earn free months of subscription towards your next renewal.
- Reaching a monthly activation milestone earns a larger reward.
- If two referred companies activate within a short window of your first referral, you earn a fast-action bonus.
- Annual-cycle activations earn additional free months.
The exact reward amounts for the current programme are shown in the How it works section on the Referrals page (expand the collapsible at the bottom of the page). The amounts reflect the live programme, not documentation that may lag behind.
Referred companies also benefit
When a company joins through your referral link, they get a discount on their first paid subscription. That means the people you invite get an immediate head start, which makes the invitation an easier conversation.
Tracking your referrals
The Referral History table on the Referrals page shows every company you have invited, their current status, when they were invited, and what reward (if any) has been issued.
Status progression:
- Pending: invited but has not yet registered
- Signed up: registered, but has not yet activated (started using the platform actively)
- Activated: started using the platform and eligible for reward processing
- Rewarded: reward has been issued to your account
If a referral shows Signed up for a while, it is worth following up. The referral is attributed to you, but the reward only triggers when they activate.
When rewards land
AI credits from referrals land in your balance as soon as the qualifying activation is confirmed. Subscription rewards (free months) are applied to your account and reduce the amount charged at your next renewal. You can see your earned and pending rewards on the Referrals page KPI cards.
